The project involved a multiroom audio system with in-ceiling speakers installed in every room, as well as environmental outdoor speakers on the top-floor terrace.

An HD video distribution setup via a matrix allows multiple TVs to access high quality HD content from each video source either simultaneously or independently from a centralised system. Each TV is controlled via a single remote or smart device using Control4 automation.

Additionally, the client requested a versatile Cinema and Games room designed for both socialising and entertainment. The room includes a large screen and projector for sports viewing and the option to dim the lights for an immersive cinema experience.
